Palm Sunday Services - Sunday, March 28
Children are invited to participate in this service as the worship choir & Jesus with disciples recreate the Biblical story celebrating Jesus as King of the Jews! The kids will be learning the song “Here He Comes” to sing with the Adult Choir in the 9:30am &10:50am services.

Maundy Thursday Meal & Worship Service, April 1

We are privileged to have Rachelle Trank from JEWS FOR JESUS as she comes to minister to us as we celebrate CHRIST IN THE PASSOVER. She will share the meaning behind the Passover meal. We will share in song and communion in this service. *If you can help by providing a crock of soup, email Ginny at gpass@saokc.org. Also, we invite everyone to bring a dessert to share. Invite a friend to be a part of this exciting worship opportunity!

Good Friday Tenebrae Service, April 2, 6:30pm
“Tenebrae” in Latin, means “shadows.” The purpose of a Tenebrae service is to reflect deeply on the suffering and death of Christ for the purpose of our redemption. It is a service of darkness. As we experience the various aspects of the Passion story, 15 candles are gradually extinguished until we leave in darkness. The drama team will portray “The Crucifixion” scene from The Choice.
