St. Andrew's UMC is actively involved in Santa's Cause each year as present shoppers, wrappers and deliverers. Since 1985, Santa's Cause, a non-profit all-volunteer organization, has provided anonymous, last-minute response to childrens' letters to Santa that would otherwise go unanswered.

Santa's Cause has delivered toys and clothing to thousands of children in the Oklahoma City metropolitan and surrounding areas. They have grown from seven couples helping 58 kids to more than 250 volunteers and contributors helping as many as 1,400 kids each year.

Santa's Cause always has the need for toys, wrapping paper, tape, batteries, gloves, bibles, calculators and cash donations. Specials needs are posted on the Santa's Cause website or contact Alan or Anita Webb at 330-0138 or 550-2431 for ways you can help!

EVERY dollar donated to Santa's Cause goes toward the cause. They do not pay for rent, (space is donated by G. D. Madden, a St. Andrew's UMC member) utilities, or help and no individual or organization is compensated for services. Each and every dollar is used to purchase clothing toys, batteries or wrapping paper. Our own Bill Lester actively participates as a very authentic toy deliverer.

Please keep Santa's Cause in your prayers and on your calendar for the last 2 weeks before Christmas. Even helping to shop or wrap presents for an hour or two will help provide a memorable Christmas for families in need. All that is required is your time.
