The month of May is full of ministry opportunities and events. The church calendar is updated daily Monday thru Friday each week.

Here are some May highlights...

All Disciple classes are invited to special Disciple Graduation service on Sunday, May 4, at 6:00pm. The service will include communion and the presentation of certificates.

All ladies 18 years and older are invited to attend the “Girlfriends United” Taste of Chocolate on Monday, May 5, at 6:30pm. While feasting on chocolate desserts, we will listen to our special guest speaker, Kathy Law. Bring a friend, a chocolate dessert to share and join us for this fun and uplifting evening.

Anyone interested in spending some quality time working on their hobby, craft, or scrapbooking is invited to our Craft/Scrapbooking night to be held on Friday, May 9, at 6:00pm. Bring your own supplies and a snack to share. Enjoy fellowship with other crafters!

Toddler Time is a ministry for all children ages birth-kindergarten along with their parents, grandparents and/or caregivers. Toddler Time will be having a Picnic at the Park on Monday, May 12. We’ll meet at Southlakes Park at 10am for playtime and fun. Bring a sack lunch and a friend!

All men are invited to attend the Men’s monthly breakfast on Saturday, May 17, at 8:00am. There will be good food, good fellowship and good times for all as we discuss our next big event...the golf tournament.

Also on Saturday, May 17, at 10:00am, all graduating HS and College Seniors, along with their families, are invited to attend a Graduation brunch in their honor. Lots of good food and a special slide show presentation will make this a morning of celebration for their accomplishments!

On Sunday, May 18, at 4pm, those who are interested in learning more about the vision, mission, and method of St. Andrew’s, can join us for Coffee with the Pastor, to meet the staff and Pastor D.A. Bennett in an informal setting where you can ask questions and you are given the opportunity to become a member.
St. Andrew’s is hosting a Stephen Ministry training session beginning Thursday, May 29, at 6:00pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to grow in faith, develop stronger relational skills, and bring Christ’s love into the lives of hurting people. Applications are located in the Fellowship Area.

SMALL GROUP OPPORTUNITIES are ongoing all month for singles, men, women, couples, students, and children. Call and find the one that’s right for you! Also, join us Sunday mornings at 8:15, 9:30, and 10:50 a.m.
